Just circle around the building, it is to the back, near the horse track. This is one of the two ground-level access points for people who can't get to the roof. The final access point on the roof is right next to the previous one - just walk along the wall until you see it. Just jump down from the helipad and head to the opposite side of the gardens to locate this particular access point. This access point is still on the roof but is located in the back of the building. This is the hardest access point to find on the roof - you need to head right immediately after coming out of the elevator and follow a small side path. Roof Access Point 4Īnother access point can be found on the left side of the swimming pool, on the roof garden. Walk to the other side of the helipad for the final access point in the vicinity. The next access point is on the opposite side of the previous one.

You can access this through the elevator inside the casino. The first possible access on the roof, one of several that were placed next to the helipad. The devs seem to want people to access the casino from the roof, with most of the access points placed up there. In the next section is the list of all access points and points of interest.
